Irvine, CA - Today, Commissioner Anthony Kuo officially qualified as a candidate for Irvine City Council and will appear on the November 6th General Election ballot. Kuo pulled nomination papers on Monday, July 16, 2018, the first available date. He, along with Mayor Donald P.
